I was interviewing a potential staff member the other day and they asked me what I love most about Sloane (great question, by the way).
You’d think it would be a simple thing to answer, and yet somehow after all these years I still can’t get it down to just one thing.
If Humpty Dumpty is our society, the fall has already happened.
So the question becomes: what actually helps put the pieces back together?
You’ve read these emails. You get why camp matters. You’re maybe even a little convinced.
But you haven’t signed your kid up yet. And there’s probably a reason.
Here’s the thing about camp - the fun isn’t just about splashing in the lake, singing at opening campfire, or getting a little muddy on the mountain bike trail after it’s rained (though we love all of that).
